Plastic-Free Village Initiative: Working with local governments to eliminate single-use plastics and promote eco-friendly alternatives.School Development Program:Running Crèche–cum–Day Care Centres for children (0–14 years) of brick kiln migrant workers. Providing safe spaces with early learning, play, nutrition support, health check-ups, and growth monitoring. Screening children at brick kilns and referring identified cases to special education, therapy, and medical services. Conducting awareness sessions on nutrition, child rights, health, and education to prevent child labour, abuse, exploitation, and extreme vulnerability.
Working in rural communities, schools, GP, urban slums, and government systems. Strengthening two community-based Mental Health & Rehabilitation Centres in Varanasi. Providing counselling, psychotherapy, addiction support, and emotional well-being sessions. Early screening for anxiety, depression, suicidal risk, trauma, schizophrenia, and school-related difficulties. Conducting stigma-reduction and awareness drives to address myths like “Pagal Khana” and supernatural beliefs. Outreach in schools, brick kilns, urban slums, and migrant labour settlements. Convergence with Mental Hospital and Drug De-addiction Centre, connecting families to treatment and ongoing support systems.
Early screening at community, household, and school levels for Autism, ADHD, SLD, ID, and behavioural concerns. Therapy services include speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA, CBT, sensory integration, and special education. Psychological testing, counselling, and home-based support for high-need families. Support for families who cannot afford private centres and have limited access to government services. Convergence with government systems for PwD certificates, UDID, pensions, scholarships, Niramaya insurance, and ADIP assistive devices. Provision of essential assistive tools, including wheelchairs, goggles, mobility aids, and learning kits. Continuous follow-up, home visits, and caregiver training to ensure sustained developmental progress.
